Chef Claudia Galofre-Krevat

Claudia Galofre-Krevat is a Colombian-born, Montana-based private chef, caterer, and culinary educator. Chef Claudia has become a passionate ambassador for pulse crops, taking inspiration from the farmers around her and highlighting their local origins and global flavors.

In 2015, she traveled with Montana author Liz Carlisle during the book tour for her published book, THE LENTIL UNDERGROUND, to California, at UC Berkeley’s School of Journalism book signing hosted by Michael Pollan, The Petaluma Seed Bank, and Stanford University. She currently hosts the almost free monthly community dinners, The Montana Lentil Table, promoting lentils, chickpeas, and dried peas, and local non-profits, small businesses, artists, dancers, and musicians, in an ever-changing setting.

Chef Claudia designs recipes and creates content for Hola Montana, an initiative created by the Department of Agriculture’s Pulse Division that connects Montana pulse growers with importers and distributors in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Chef Claudia is available for speaking engagements, cooking demonstrations and workshops, recipe design, product promotion, and marketing.
